Cancellation Policy
All new clients MUST book a Consultation before their first treatment at Dermabright Aesthetics, failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.
When booking via the website it will card capture due to all consultations and treatments booked require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30%. This will then be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day. After the deposit has been taken, the remaining amount is to be paid by either, cash or card only, on the treatment day. Please bear in mind that if you want to pay with cash that you have the correct amount as I do not carry change.
At Dermabright Aesthetics your appointment is all about you. However, I respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 30% of your total treatment cost.
No shows will be charged 100% of their treatment costs- NO EXCEPTIONS. If you did not show up to your appointment and you want to book again you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment, you are wanting to book. If you don’t show up to your appointment twice you will no longer be able to book in with Dermabright Aesthetics.
You can reschedule your appointment; however, it must be at least 48 hours before the appointment, no exceptions. If re-arranged less than 48 hours, the cancellation fee will apply. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment 2 times, anymore and your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be re-funded.
Due to the nature of treatments provided at Dermabright Aesthetics, a consent form will be filled out by the client prior to every treatment. I would kindly ask that you please make us aware of any change in medication at least 48 hours prior, incase the medication prohibits us from completing the treatment safely. This must be disclosed before 48 hours or the cancellation policy will apply.
At Dermabright Aesthetics, I understand that life happens and sometimes you can be late. I allow for a 15-minute lateness period, including 5 minutes to fill out forms. You must contact me to say you are going to be late. However, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment if the remaining time for the treatment does not allow me to carry out the treatment safely. Some treatments may be cut down, but you will still be required to pay the full amount, if the time is shortened or is cancelled.
