Our Refund Policy applies to purchase in the clinic at Dermabright aesthetics.
*Exclusions apply.
Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the British Consumer Law and regulations.
Returns-
• All returns must be returned within 20 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. You must also contact hello@dermabrightaesthetics before returning your purchase.
• Returns must be returned personally to Dermabright Aesthetics Clinic, we do not accept any form of posting returns.
• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind.
• If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the British Consumer Law.
• If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.
• Dermabright Aesthetics will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the British Consumer Law. A photo must be provided to the Dermabright Aesthetics team supporting the claim.
Refunds-
• Refunds will be given via your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your item to be processed.
• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.
Treatments-
• Under no circumstances does Dermabright Aesthetics offer refunds for treatments.
Gift Vouchers-
• Under no circumstances does Dermabright Aesthetics offer refunds, exchange or exchange for monetary value for Gift Vouchers, you have 6 months from the date of purchase to use the Gift Voucher.
Gifts or Bundles Items-
• We do not offer refunds on any treatment kits from Circadia, if purchased separately or if it was included in a course of treatments.
• Any gifts with purchase or bundle items, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
• In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
Sale items-
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Exclusions-
• All products from the Heliocare 360 range can be returned, however all products including the packaging must be unopened, with seals still attached, and in a sellable condition.
• No products from the Circadia Skin or Hypo21 Product can be retuned under any circumstances.
